The Twixtor Pro variable speed plug-in is a well-known and popular plug-in for Vision Effects.
It can "promise" to slow down, accelerate or change the frame rate of continuous images, create a video lifting animation, and bring you amazing visual effects.
Twixtor is a much more accurate, tracks objects farther, and exhibits fewer artifacts when there are objects crossing in the scene. This means less tearing and stretching of objects as they cross or go out of the frame. .com

Increase 360 VR video support
The Professional Edition adds an option: use the alpha channel to help track dark images and matte. This is especially useful for CG, masked and keyed materials.
